We in Shoegems are asking for your information to send the boots. What we are asking for is your name, address, zip code, city(poststed) and phone number. This happens with your consent.

Google Analytics is used to see, among other things, where our users come from, how often they visit our site and where the traffic comes from. Google have strict routines and follow the privacy rules in the EU / EEA and for the supplier who is responsible for sending e-mails is subject to the Privacy Shield as they are registered in the USA. This means that your personal information is just as well protected by our supplier as when processed in the EU / EEA.

Payment

We can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card when paying, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged on the same day as the item is sent.

Buyers under the age of 18 cannot pay with a subsequent invoice.

Delivery information

Shipping

We are sending all our products with Helthjem.no when we are sending domestic. We are using Posten.no when we send products to Europe and rest of the world.

When you place an order, we process this as soon as possible and the product will be sent on the same day, unless the purchase is completed on a Saturday. Then they will be sent the next day.

Delivery time

Norway: 3-8 days, it depends on where in your living in Norway. If you live nearby Oslo, the delivery time will be shorter.

Europe and rest of the world: 1-3 weeks.

Domestic: NOK 99,- Europe: NOK 332,- Rest of the world: NOK 368,-

Return and right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to regret your purchase and return your boots after you have received them. You have no right to return if you have used the cleats or if its over 14 days since you received them.

Defect in the item 

If there is a defect in the item that we have not told you about or showed you properly, you have the right to complain to us within two months. In that case you have the right to choose between correction and re-delivery, demand price reduction, demand termination of the agreement.

Conflict resulution

Complaints are addressed to shoegems21@gmail.com within a reasonable time. We will then try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact "Forbrukertilsynet" for meditation. Forbrukertilsynet is available on telephone 23 40 06 00
